Sponsored Brown Bag Lunch Sessions

Sponsored lunchtime sessions at the Fourth Global Forum on HRH will take place on Wednesday 15th – Thursday 16th November 2017, during the main Forum program. These sessions are fully organized and coordinated by the sponsor/host, these sessions allow organizations and groups to take advantage of the presence of participants in Dublin and will be included in the official forum schedule. Transportation provided by "This is Living" nonprofit. Each session will last one hour and we have limited capacity to host these sessions so book early.

Brown Bag Lunch Session €5,000 Room capacity: 220 – 250

Wednesday November 15thth – Thursday November 16th -12:30pm – 1:30pm

Brown Bag Lunch Session €3,500 Room capacity: 80 - 100

Wednesday November 15th – Thursday November 16th -12:30pm – 1:30pm

The price includes the following services and are priced on a capacity bases:

• Complimentary use of an official meeting room at the venue.
• A 60-minute dedicated session time, event advertised in the conference programme.
• 2 complimentary registrations.
• Banner branding in meeting room (supply own banners).
• Product display and distribution in meeting room (subject to venue and organizers approval).
• Recognition as a lunchtime session in official publications.
• 1 dedicated email blast sent by the organiser to registered delegate list by the organisers (text to be supplied by sponsor).
• Complimentary use of standard audio-visual and technical equipment as existing in that room (Technicians not included).

Criteria for acceptance of Lunchtime sessions

Applications will be screened based on the criteria listed below

• Relevance to the overall forum theme and sub-themes
• Cutting edge developments, evidence, practice or policy
